CryoNAV Installation Guide

CryoNAV is not yet available for installation. The installation guide will be published alongside the first public release.

Planned requirements (from the current design):

• A workstation or cluster head node with access to the data filesystem
• Optionally, a SLURM scheduler for HPC job submission
• IMOD installed on the execution host(s)
• CryoCARE and DeepDeWedge installed on the execution host(s) for denoising
• No external cloud services required
