CryoNAV unifies data organization, processing pipeline management, quality curation, and reporting for cryo-ET workflows. It mirrors the physical microscopy workflow, from grids and search maps to tilt series and tomograms, and integrates cryo-FIB milling records alongside TEM acquisition data.
